Read the payment squares on lessons
In the web app, a small square on a lesson shows whether a payment covers it.
- Paid: a payment covers this lesson.
- Not paid yet: a lesson to come that no payment covers yet.
- Owed: attended, and no payment covers it. Record a payment to cover it.
How it works
- Payments cover attended lessons first, oldest first. Whatever credit is left covers the lessons to come, in date order.
- The calendar only shows a square when something needs doing: Not paid yet or Owed. Open a lesson to see its status in words, Paid included.
- Absent lessons use no credit, so they have no square.
